I wonder who "the local biotech fund manager" is! Could be one of the manipulators!
Regardless, what a ridiculous statement for a "professional fund manager" to make. If it was up to him no company would undertake trials because something else might be coming around the corner. As he was not named in the article, I think that I can get away with referring to him as a donkey. My apology to donkeys!
As I have been saying (a few times), current share price is meaningless.
