"most significant thing for the company in six years" - pretty significant!
I agree but there are two sides to the story with both being significant.
Good results will be significant as they are a possible company maker.
Bad results will be significant as they are a possible company breaker.
The use of the word significant, is not entirely positive in its use. You can spin it either way.
