Maybe our Board should look at how Andrew Forrest succeeded with FMG right under the noses of Rio and BHP in their backyard. At one point FMG 600 bagged over a five year period: 2 cents to A$10.

A lot of people still have no idea what made FMG different from FMS and many others.
As for the 2 cents to $10 in five years, well, to be more accurate in the money of the time (FMG split in Dec 2007), it went from 4 cents in December 2002 to $62.80 exactly five years later, on the day prior to the split.
That's right, four cents to $62.80.
FMS had much promise and was going well, until the board went all soft and soggy. Then the Russian fiasco pushed it in to the 'we-don't-know-what-is-going-on" basket.
A recovery situation with the right promotion.
