- they expect the debt issue to be resolved

And I can guarantee you that the day where the debt issue is resolved, they will not only recommend to buy this stock, but the price target will double or triple. The way these analysts go, they don't take any risk, or try to be smart (i.e doing their job) by understanding what 's going on and predicting the future.
