Hi all
As a shareholder I rang Sundance yesterday and the very pleasant Carol kindly returned my call today.
In short, Carol said that the reason SDL hadn't made any announcement to the ASX over the past few days - while the shares were dropping - is because they had no news to announce. Carol said that Sundance has heard no news or rumours about the NDRC approval not going ahead, as far as Sundance is concerned, we'll hear a decision from the NDRC by 31July.
I asked if Sundance could contact NDRC for an update, Carol advised that Sundance cannot, as Hanlong have made the application.
Among other things in our discussion, Carol reiterated that the 'no talk' clause was dropped from the contract in ~24/5, although the 'no shop' clause is still there. She also said that Sundance would of course not put all its eggs in one basket, but she also made the point that SDL was currently proceeding full steam ahead with Hanlong.
All the best to all holders.
Regards
Kaddude
