Legal Update – Anti-Discrimination Complaint
The ongoing litigation against me has taken its toll in terms of time, focus and stress. It is not easy. Sometimes I feel like I am being slowly tortured to death and it causes me a great deal of tension to even communicate about these issues now.
After ten years of being a punching bag, I do get nervous writing anything - even these update emails.
Unfortunately, the intensity of this battle also means that I have not been able to devote my full attention recently to the important and successful campaign underway to rid public libraries of pornography. However, this campaign is still proceeding (and winning) – see more below!
As previously mentioned, I am facing a 43rd complaint under NSW law from a perpetually offended and vexatious homosexual loser living in Sydney who is upset by the things that I do in Queensland. I refuse to use his name anymore but you can read about his charming approach to life here.
Specifically, I now face a fine of up to $100,000 after the NSW Anti-Discrimination Board rubber-stamped his latest complaint against me for organising a group of Christian men to stand guard outside a family home in Queensland. A Greens candidate at the Brisbane council elections named Shrek Bel Ellis had doxxed the family inside, posted their address and photos of their home online and urged a gay mob to form at their front door in November last year.
That family’s crime was to oppose a gay pride march through a children’s park and wading pool on a Sunday afternoon.
My crime was to post a video about the intimidation campaign waged against this family and the adult who exposed himself in front of children during the ‘gay pride’ march.
Just for the record, no action has been taken against the Greens candidate who deliberately sought to terrorise a large family or against the pervert who exposed himself in public in front of the Queensland police.
Apparently that’s all ok these days. It’s only people who aren’t onboard with all of this who need to worry. The Thought Police are coming for them.
There are now two legal matters underway relating to this 43rd complaint.
The first matter is in the NSW Supreme Court.
I have asked the NSW Supreme Court to rule that there is no jurisdiction under NSW anti-discrimination legislation for the NSW Anti-Discrimination Board to accept complaints or investigate persons for things that they do outside of NSW.
The big news is that the NSW Attorney General has officially intervened in this matter, telling the Supreme Court that my argument raises ‘novel’ legal issues. The activist has put in a ‘submitting appearance’. It means that he will not have to pay for lawyers and probably won’t face any costs order. The NSW taxpayer will be stumping up for his case instead.
This matter will be heard on 12 December in Sydney.
The second matter is the complaint itself which is now before the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal. The Tribunal is currently considering whether to stay this matter pending the outcome of the Supreme Court decision.
I will be in Sydney tomorrow for a hearing in relation to this stay application.
Both matters will involve considerable work and attention between now and December.
