    IMO it's a silly quote that could be just as legitimately applied if we did side with the German Government against the Russian government. They were both globalist enterprises and if either of them had come to dominance they would have been just as happy. Now it seems that the ideologies of both are kind of combined and are being (have been) implemented on the world, albeit 80 years after the failed attempts of the past. IMO
