I agree with you joe,

we don't want a takeover.

I reckon OZL should be picking over & kicking tyres for oversold resource stocks - there would be plenty of great picks out there, save the cash for that, and if they play things smart, if OZL takeover someone else, then that would hold off any opportunistic takeover of OZL.
