I have voted my holdings
1-6 AGAINST
7&8 FOR
If the would be directors cannot circulate their credentials and plan for the company to listed shareholders by now they cannot honestly believe they could do a better job. They have had about 6 weeks to promote themselves and NOTHING. Is this how they would run a listed company?.

EVERY VOTE COUNTS. If you are reading this and think "I am only a small holder, my vote won't matter" IT DOES so exercise your right and duty.

REMEMBER - If you have already voted on line, you can go back and change it any time until the cut-off date for voting. If you intend to be at the meeting, still exercise your proxy vote, you an always get the share registry officials at the meeting to give some of your voting rights back to you to give you the right to speak at the meeting if you wish. That way, even if last minute you are unable to be at the meeting your vote will be counted!

I wish I could get to the meeting and will be eagerly awaiting news from holders attending.
