Alternative?
I actually believe Dr Burston and think the EGM is a must and KFE are in desperate need to remove a few current board members who are holding Kogi back for their own personal gain.
This EGM will aid in KFE reaching the 50c share price that Dr Burston believes Kogi will reach.
