Hi Rod55.
As I mentioned a couple of weeks ago in my post.

In our conversation Ian did say to me that he was going to abstain from voting.
He felt that in the event that there was a change to the board, they could all work together focused on the necessary work at hand.
However he then stressed how important it is that each and everyone of us votes for what we want to see happen.
Only a couple of days latter in the announcement we all could see where his preferences were.

He is obviously wanting to move forward with the least amount of disruption and wants a board that will cooperate fully together.
As he said "I'm the chairman and it's my job is to see that the board gets the job done".
He's focused and keen to get the project up and running. We can all be confident of that.
