I wonder what price the brokers acting for the investment banks are going to cap the share price at today? I think it is amazing how all these small trades they make (i.e. buying and selling as little as a single share at a time) end up dictating the price. Their trading isn't representative of real buy or sell demand, but is just a way of keeping the share within the range they want it. The question is for what purpose? Maybe to keep prices low to facilitate a takeover? And if that's the reason, maybe the hold-up with the transfer of the Salta tenements is a good thing because any entity (other than Posco) wanting to do a takeover would presumably want the Posco money to be in the bank first. Maybe the holdup has been requested by Posco and Galaxy as a means of preventing any takeover move? Perhaps a joint venture has to happen first before it is safe to receive the Posco funds.
