Maybe, but the push-down happens every day around this time, and it has been doing this over most of the last year. I'd say that brokers acting for institutions have been told to suppress the share price and they throw as many shares at it as required to satisfy their masters. Who are they acting for, that is the question. Maybe the Chinese?
