The reason why I made the comment re MANIPULATION yesterday was specifically because it was.
For those that do not understand the "match " period ( between 4.00 pm and 4.10 pm ) let me explain.
Yesterday at 4.01 pm a buyer placed a BUY for 4,990 shares at 18.5 cents BID... Very shortly after that action a seller placed an order to SELL 5,000 shares at 18 cents... 10 shares more in quantity than the buyer quantity.
Therefore, at the match close and according to the normal procedures the total sell parcel being the larger, the final sale on ALL stock is done at 18 cents.
The seller KNEW that by having just 10 more shares than the buyer quantity, that the whole sale would go through at 18 cents .... ( despite the buyer bidding for 4,990 shares at 18.5 cents ) clearly with the intention of seeing the stock close at 18 cents.... Simple and very clear to me ! and no doubt to others now also..
