It depends on where the investor first got into ANQ.
Definitely isn't good if they got in at anywhere above $0.01 ps. And very frustrating to have invested $160M and over 15 years to now be selling for $20M... so from that pov, sure is a bad deal and XEPT and MND are having it very good.
But if we look from where ANQ was past two years... and to be fair, we have to look at it from that perspective... is that ANQ was priced at $5M, could go broke owing $16.5M... and now it is priced at $20M, has no debt and a potentially bright future - or at least get to live for a future.
On the per share aspect... at the offer price is only 31% below what's been quoted...
So yea, should we own more or all of it... we should. But no one has been paying so what else can we do.
