FWIW, the instant I saw TH, I thought CR. Company just had that vibe to me - wandering too and fro, then CR to solve the unknown future problem. Might be wrong, but that's my suspicion.
Haven't read all the comments, but one possible explanation is that they originally said they have enough money because of TATA. But then TATA renegotiated, so maybe they got a cheaper deal, or they reduced the upfront payment, or something like that, leaving SYT hoping for funds from the trials or elsewhere, then realising they were running out.
Of course, they will say the usual stuff that penny stock companies say, "For future growth," etc. But that's often spin. Not saying it will definitely be spin, but even companies that detail specific progress in their CR anns turn out to be struggling later on. Time will tell.
