I agree with you 110% LOTM.

I never expected this and I am shocked. I honestly cant believe how optimistic some people are here. Today it was announced there will be a cap raise effectively diluting all of our shares and reducing their value. Yet so many are touting it like something we should be happy about.

They burnt approx 600k last quarter with a projected cash burn of 400k in Q2 2017, but now they need 5 million?? now??

It is especially bad if they only realized they need it in the last 17 days. What does this say for the future? Are we just going to have panic 5 million dollar cap raises out of nowhere? For "accelerated expansion" ...more like accelerated pocket lining.
