    Vote no for opportunity, ERM have a farmin deal to drill Black Arrow #1 and Charger #1, very few funds needed from EGO.

    I'd like to see ERM honour their farmin agreement rather than be lumbered with an unquantifiable amount of debt and further significant dilution.
