Interesting point that paragraph with rereading it brings to mind 3 Questions.
They say,
1. If there is vendor finance why the TOP-UP.???? Will be funded by is said. I thought the $16.34M was interest free besides the TOP-UP clause. A double dip or am I reading it wrong. Not with vendor finance stuff knowledge.
2. ERM sell the assets to EGO for 100% stake holing then but with a SECURITY INTEREST held over these assets then how does this affect any FARMIN proposal done.?????
3. ALCOA, I already believe hold mortgage over the farm and plant until Tranche 1 is paid off. If so how can then ERM have a SECURITY INTEREST over it if ALCOA already has a liason on it.????
