It does look like its trying to build a base around $1.30
For non day traders that will be good, pick up some shares on the market dips, good buying anything close to $1.20 and wait on the next announcement or sector overall lift.
Usually pent up buying lift on the 1st July if you'r up for it and buy on the 30th for an overnite trade, depends on US of course.
