I too have noticed that, every time it clears a bit of room to start moving up a seller comes in with a ridiculous small parcel and sells at a lower price.
Still puzzles me why sellers feel the need to sell at such low prices when clearly the demand to get in MAK is much stronger then the demand to get out.
