I totally agree when you say "where to now?" I have worked for a very large franchise here in Australia and they don't care about the franchisees. They are just numbers, when one goes another will roll in to fill the gap.....However this time, the gap has already been filled by the media and it does not paint a very good picture. your brands image is worth more than any amount of assets or cash flow, and there brand has a big black cross through it right now. meaning short term they have cash coming in, but it will take a PR miracle to turn this around, and a total change of management. I can bet not many of the franchisees will be renewing contracts after this, meaning that cash flow will soon dry up.....all IMO of course
