I understand all that. I'm just pointing out that it is useless to do that type of cost or capability comparison between a giant Iridium satellites and the proposed SAS constellation. SAS's entire 200 sat constellation will cost just a fraction of one Iridium Satellite (not to mention the reduced number of ground stations). This is the whole point. SAS can capture some of the narrowband market from Iridium with the advantage of much lower costs. They can also capture a whole new market that is currently not served by ground based infrastructure and cannot afford the expensive Iridium services.
