The vending directors have plenty from the back door listing and the Aussie directors stock wasn't purchased. It's fabulous for holders that they won't dump such quantities for a while if ever but the shares still exist. That's why it has such a huge market cap at 8 cents.

Many punters will look at the market cap, then the income and shake heads when potential profit is so far out....Providing they do in fact get every right. It's already priced for say a $15 million profit with a p/e ratio of 10 whilst the optimistic case may have them getting there in what, 1 year or 2 years? It's much cheaper than it was but still a long way from cheap in many eyes. They could become a market darling and i'd congratulate each and every one of you upon your success....It's just that it's so far out and you would think at least a 16% dilution coming without shareholder approval. You won't be able to tolerate the smallest of speed bumps without getting belted. Why average down now saying it's cheap when further dilution is so likely? Those who wait will get more shares for the same capital. The ideal scenario for any medium to long term hold is to purchase straight of the last dilution event. Often hard to pick but in this case, it's almost a guarantee you would think....Agreed?
