Why would they unnecessarily dilute themselves if they together, management, directors and founders own over a billion shares.? And have stated in the announcement they won't be selling unless it's to fund the co.

Just let it trade, rather than talk it to where you want it? You are just making everyone anxious, because you want in at a much lower price.

I seem to come cross this on most HC threads.
Should avoid them really.
