I'm somewhat of an us v's them guy where directors stand. Very few need to be told this but most stocks exist purely for the sucking of capital from others. I don't trust a single director to be honest, they look after themselves for the most part. I had 30 years in the aircraft industry, 20 years testing engines until they were outsourced. Then the CEO retired and with the stoke of a pen, the board gifted him an additional $5 million when he was already on $7 million.
