For memory I think they locked in with the CBA for 2.25% for a couple of years... top of the head... I do remember it being almost 2% lower than the previous loan!
I also got my entry price down to the low 20s, have been here a while now, not looking to leave soon either. If they keep paying dividends like they are it won't take long to cover my purchase price.
Confident with the direction, the streamlined 5 pillar business and merger... add in the ageing demographics in Aus and we have a strong tailwind heading forward!
I would rather not see a TO, the SP will correct if management continue to steer the ship in the right direction... all in good time!
