Are we seeing stale shareholders or Quantum Health Shareholders tax loss selling? Brutal last couple of days.
The last update was I thought positive and we were seeing some gradual improvements. Debt higher than I would like it to be but I am not running the company. BOD and management continue to participate in the DRP, both a positive and negative. Positive as it sends a good signal, negative because it is dilutionary.
