In addition, as "cranny" mentioned, looks like 3.8 is the new support per chart and recent activities. In fact today it started at .042, traced back to 0.038 and on close went back to 0.04
I am surprised it did not finish at 0.038. Therefore, someone (individual investor or big palyers) want the SP to go north.
As some one mentioned on HC, today, PEN has increased constantly in the recent 1 - 2 months every week.
