It is out in the market that uranium is the next big thing in material. I believe the Nuclear proliferation treaty is for countries to use the nuclear power / energy for all good reasons within the guidelines and not to misuse.

I do not see any importance of Obama talking to NZ Prime Minister regarding Nuclear power / energy. I would see that as a standard discussion agenda amongst the developed nations and US allies.

However for PEN, even at the current spot price for U308 things look greener. The most important milestones to acheive the greener pasture would be

1. JORC (ETA is around, I think September or November 2009)
2. geting the sites to a production stage.

The beauty of PEN is, it is in three countires, all are allies of US and the major is in US itself (Wyoming).
