Top techs watching BrainChip – Aziana Roadshow

$AZK/Aziana's Proactive Investors showcase held in Melbourne today created excitement among some shareholder attendees.
Excited about what? Pending acquisition of BrainChip and its device that mimics the learning, association and processing techniques of the brain.
The main unit of each node is an artificial neuron, which has feedback, synaptic memory and a single output that branches out to connect thousands of synapses on other neurons.
The learning algorithm is a triple-pulse Synaptic Time-Dependent Plasticity (SNAP) model, adapted to respond to the repetition and intensity of input streams.
Several holders posted accounts of the meeting on HotCopper.
Here's an edited summary of their main points:
1. Top companies e.g. Apple and Samsung are totally aware of BrainChip and do not have anything comparable. They acknowledge it will enhance their products. They are asking for proof that BrainChip is 'scalable'. If BrainChip can prove beyond all doubt that it is scalable - then it will 'rocket into the stratosphere'.
2. AZK Director Robert Mitro was keen to promote Peter Van Der Made's invention. They chose Australia as Peter Van Der Made is Australian and they wanted to list on the ASX first.
3. Aziana decided to deal with BrainChip as they found them professional, with an extraordinary invention proven in front of them and the milestones seem to be extremely achievable and within only 1-2 qtrs after the takeover.
4. AZK CEO Neil Rinaldi said impending news would be about the EGM, capital raising, finalization of takeover. Post merger the news releases will be exciting and centre on milestones being achieved - expected to happen in quarters 1 & 2 (post takeover).
5. Robert Mitro emphasized areas that BrainChip would be used - all mentioned in the presentation. He focused on BrainChip being used with prosthetic limbs and the whole phantom limb condition.
6. He verified they have spoken with all the top companies in Silicon Valley through his own connections and those of Peter Van Der Made and SVP Engineering, Anil Mankar. They are all aware of BrainChip. While none of them have the hardware tech like BrainChip - or are even close - they have software that can be complemented.
7. Smartphone companies are interested in using the tech for voice security so only YOU can use the phone or certain apps like Facebook.
8. Intel and Cisco are going over to IOT and are also interested.
9. Mitro talked about the racecar demo and how a BrainChip car works it's way around a track and then learns to do it faster and faster while old tech is still bumping into walls learning
10. He closed by saying they have been talking to 'huge investors and funds' and have had overwhelming interest in their tech from Australia, Europe, US and Asia
11. BrainChip intend to hold 60% of the listed company, 36% on execution of the agreement and will wait until they have proven their viability to get hold of the remaining 24%.
12. These guys "have a vision and absolute belief in their technology".
13. Peter Van Der Made is "genuinely passionate and excited about computing".
"Money is not his motive, bringing his development to fruition is," one holder says.
"And not just the end goal. I can see he is excited about his involvement in the whole technology development process. He appears to be doing what he wants to do, the way he wants to do it."
"My take-away is that Brainchip is credible. But never forget the market is a beast."
