Ok well Robert was actually going into retirement but came out of it to work with Peter again, after they formed a strong friendship 10 years ago and Robert was keen to promote peters invention.
They chose Australia as Peter is Australian and they wanted to list on the asx first, amongst other reasons
Aziana decided to deal with brainchip as they found them professional, extraordinary invention proven in front of them - this was from Neil's mouth and the milestones seem to be extremely achievable and within only 1-2 qtrs after the takeover.
Neil stated that impending news would be about the agm, capital raising, finalisation of takeover - post merger the news releases will be exciting and centre all around the milestones being achieved - expected to happen in quarters 1 &2 (post takeover)
Robert emphasised some areas that brainchip would be used - all mentioned in the presentation - he did focus on trh fascinating story about brainchip being used with prosthetic limbs and the whole phantom limb condition.
He verified they have spoken with all the top companies in Silicon Valley through his own connections and those of Peter and anil. They are all aware of brainchip and none of them have te hardware tech like brainchip or are even close - they so have software that can be complemented though.
The giants really want to know that the tech can scale up
Smartphone companies are interested in using the tech for voice security so only YOU can use the phone or certain aps like Facebook.
He mentioned how intel and Cisco are going over to IOT and are also interested.
He talked about the racecar demo and how a brainchip car works it's way around a track and then learns to do it faster and faster while old tech is still bumping into walls learning
He said companies like nvidea or electronic arts would be interested in this type of tech.
Robert also closed by saying that they have been talking to huge investors and funds and have had overwhelming interest in their tech from Australia, Europe, US and Asia
