Remember there is still some profit that will be used to pay down debt. That alone increases the company value. Then all the debt doesn't have to be paid off for dividends to resume. Debt can also be reduced with property sales which are not rushed sales and will be made at a reasonable value.

Also there will be value added by CER being made independent of CNP. With an independent board the management fees charged by CNP could be renogiated with savings possible.

I can see no reason why dividends will not resume at an early date. In the meantime I am happy with profits being used to pay down debt.
