Outrigger - maybe you can explain to me what part of the announcement relates to your "wow"?
It does not provide much additional information to that already known, unless i missed something. From my point of view, (and i don't think that i expect too much ) it still does not go anywhere near far enough to provide details of what is actually happening on the ground in most places of activity.
