You don't put a report out like that unless you have already raised the $$$ in the capital raising.
Big question will be how much did they raise and at what price?
They mention twice in the report the figure of 'needing' $8m...and they list all previous raisings and at what price....
So gut feel is they will raise $10 - 13m and at very close to current market sp.They won't want to raise too much now for fear of dilution at this sp but that said with the turmoil in the markets they may take the upper end of my best guess just incase the market stays wobbly.
MORE IMPORTANTLY judging by the lack of recent results and historical post raising activity I reckon we are about to get one heck of a lot of good announcements to support the new shareholders!
