just to clarify .... im not saying a deal is signed, im suggesting that perhaps management have an idea of where they want to be ... third parties would also have a broad understanding of where they want to be ....
so nothing concrete, but a broad plan of how to develop this resource ....
that gives everyone wriggle room to play their chess pieces and could explain some of the machinations that we do know about. ie: UBS appointment, weakness while weak players are allowed exit as others accumulate.
as i say, hopefully today's announcement signals the end of this period of instability and a return to positive news, not to mention positive threads on umc.
i know one thing. my purchase at .98 was looking great at 1.07 and not so flash at .67. more than happy with another two days of ups to square the ledger. would like your insiders to be launching a buying spree by big players this from about $1.30s ... dreaming?
