Article in Today's West Australian -- takeover speculation, IGO said to be looking at acquisitions.
The one mentioned is Consolidated Minerals. It appears to be nothing stronger than a rumour.
I am wondering why we have heard nothing further about Matrix. IGO has a 20% stake already. Matrix has a feasibility study and just needs funding to go ahead and start the project. IGO has bucketloads of cash. But MRX says it is looking elsewhere for the funding, and neither company has indicated that they want closer ties.
