That sort of figures, no longer in The west myself, so didn't see article.
But CSM? That would be a big bight, more likely a merger with CSM dominant. Don't like the sound of it, and don't believe it would fly. CB runs his own unique corporate culture. Can't see him giving that up, nor shareholders opting for a change.
Buying something smaller would figure, as why else be so parsimonious with the 7 cps dividend.
Personally, I am very comfortable if IGO only grows organically, and pays out unutilisable funds as divi.
