RPM's liquidity is poor relative to ITC. The sp relativities would also be affected by their respective cash positions i.e. $5.5M for ITC and $1.5M for RPM. That would be weighing on RPM as they may well need to raise further capital if their current cashflows from operations and the SPP are insufficient in the short term.
