Those are strong assertions.

I am not sure about Arrow bidding $820mm, they struggled with much less than that for the 70% of PES they and Shell didn't have. Since then they have forked out for BPT's TW stake. PES was a far more valuable asset.

And always remember folks that MONEY DOES NOT GROW ON TREES, and NEVER trust anyone who tells you it does.
