I think some people are trying to shake holders out.
Signs of a shakeout are usually sudden, unexplained drops in stock price and High trading volume with no substantial news.
Plus all the manipulation at close to make it looks like the stock is in a constant downtrend.
If there are no news coming soon and buying starts again then, it is definitely suspicious.
