This is purely my opinion, but todays SP decrease is more than likely due to the announcement this morning on AVZ. There is always a fair amount of day trading going on with PLS and this morning a major drilling announcement was made on the AVZ drilling program underway. AVZ reported a single drill hole of 202m in length averaging 1.57% Li plus a dose of tin for good measure. This is an extraordinary drilling result so I believe any "hot money" in PLS will have flown the coup early on to join in the party at AVZ.
I own shares in both companies and am certainly not too disturbed by todays SP decrease in PLS and for longer term investors it may present an opportunity to top up or make an initial investment. As I have posted on AVZ recently, the results of one hole does not a resource estimate make. Must admit it was a pretty good drill hole result. Please remember PLS is only about 8 months from first commercial production.
