Tapis US$94.75
The price of Tapis crude oil averaged $94.74 in the last quarter, up from $62.59 a year earlier
As discussed previously even with increase in water cut occuring before 30 june, production will greatly exceed 12million barrels. Even at average 40k bopd from now we are looking at 14 million. Present production is choked back to around 50K and has been producing at that rate over the last month(preserve reservoir integrity).
"With five months production to go until the end of June and an average daily
flow of say 45,000 barrels allowing for some field decline, we could see
production as high as another 6,750,000 barrels. Add that to the 8,000,000
barrels produced already this year and you get almost 15,000,000 barrels."
