Hi Moosey,

I've been a little slow on the uptake here. More than anything, I'm relieved that the company appears to have been saved from the financial armageddon US interests have been gambling on, but I am reminded of the old saw, be careful what you wish for....if we were to got say $10 million at 2.5 cents (would there be a discount to market?), that's basically half the current market cap, excluding Notes/Options. I'm hoping it will come in tranches, the first giving (more) breathing space, the second and third etc. based on an increasing share price built around soon-to-be-announced initial commercial sales.

Otherwise we will be awash in shares. Not complaining, mind you. Better than the alternative...can't wait to see what deal has been struck, and with who.
