Gday writer, yes today is the day.

The dilution had to come, it's better than having nothing, but my biggest fear is what percentage they get, because I fear that once they get over 50% the game will be up, we need to make sales to foreign countries as well as the US, I say that because if they get control before we become profitable then I believe they will stop any foreign sales, they will take the company offshore, where they could just sit back and wait,let the SP drop again and then swoop and pick up the rest for peanuts, we have been manipulated all the way in my opinion and it won't be any different going forward unless we start making some money soon.
