Moosey, hadn't thought about % ownership. $25 million is over 50% and at that point you have effectively ceded control. Bet the money doesn't just come as equity either -an investment that size would mean board seats. And where does that leave Harmony? Unless it IS Harmony/STK stumping up more to consolidate their position and buy the farm?
