Although I find it silly and psychologically comforting to blame the Bot Boogeyman for every price movement (except up), it does seem to be maintained at about 1.40. Just 60 shares in the bid column at 1.39... I've been told the way it works is that when a larger order gets a partial fill of 60 shares it's then locked in at 1.39 unless they want to pay brokerage to raise their bid? Is that right?

My prediction is a range trade between 1.39/1.44 for today. Somebody must have deep pockets if this stock is indeed being manipulated.
