The Convertible Note is due for conversion or repayment. The USA casino equipment is being installed.

If the latter had preceded the former and it was underway the Note holders would no doubt have converted at 20c as the price would probably be higher if the product succeeds.

Assume the Notes are being paid out and it is just a matter of how they do it but it will be benign whatever occurs because the Notes were getting a whopping 10% interest payment from a company that needs all its revenue to expand.
