KookE, yes, only $2m of the $18m is a bridging loan:
"In the interim, the Investor has agreed to provide a bridging facility of $2 million, subject to FIRB approval, within approximately one month. This bridging facility is part of and not in addition to the $18 million facility."

The other $16m is not a bridging loan.
Thanks for the welcome. I have been watching ZYL for ages and make the occasional post here. I maintain that most financing debt financing/funding is supplemented by equity funding. However, that is months away, and the share price could rise substantially by then.
