The only reason POS is "the last man standing" is because they don't have the huge financial drain of being in operation. Somewhat ironically, they've been spared so far by their own inability to get things up and running. Unfortunately, I don't think it will be enough to actually save them, it's just going to drag the death-throes out for longer.
